The Bedford County Economic Development Authority (EDA) welcomed a new member this month. Kelly Harmony, who is a native of Bedford, was sworn in on January 20, 2016.

Harmony, who will represent District 6 for a four-year term, works as a Senior Recruiter at Qualified Recruiters, a firm that specializes in matching outstanding talent with medical, pharmaceutical, and diagnostic companies nationwide. Harmony previously served on the Bedford County Public School’s Board.

The District 6 seat term expired in January and was formerly filled by Kim McCabe. Kim served the EDA for seven years.
