On Friday, June 23^rd, David Wells took his oath as the newest member of the Economic Development Authority (EDA). Mr. Wells was sworn in by long-time family friend and Clerk of the Court, Judy Reynolds. Mr. Wells bring many years of law enforcement background coupled with several years working for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
