Since 2004, Bramble Hollow Farms has used managed livestock rotations, composts and other soil-building techniques to diversify their pasture-based operation, specializing in the production of heritage breeds of pigs and poultry. We also offer farm-hatched heritage birds for laying flocks as well as meat birds, and all animals are always GMO-free.

BHF is one of the founding farms of Edible Goose Creek, a local farmer-driven cooperative providing member shares of fresh farm products including vegetables, cut flowers, proteins and eggs, herbs and other value-added products. An on-farm commercial kitchen provides the capacity for other farmers in the community to offer their own value-added products and is a focal point for supporting local farms with outreach & skill share networking events.

We are a “mini-farm” (2 acres) in the heart of the Town of Bedford. We grow and market limited quantities of fruits and vegetables, all grown to organic standards. Our specialties include hoop house-grown leafy greens (lettuce, microgreens, kale, spinach, swiss chard, petite Bok Choy and looseleaf Chinese Cabbage); figs (we have 15 fig trees and sell small-to-large quantities Aug-Oct); and sought after jams that combine our organic fruits and berries (i.e. Fig-Blueberry Jam, Fig-Strawberry Jam). Available garden grown vegetables vary year-to-year (tomatoes, corn, soybeans, onions, cabbage, peppers, beans and more). We market pre-orders and standing orders for pick-up at our mini-farm.
